Mae Onyekwum is what most people would call an all-rounder! She has established a career in the Supply Chain Technology space with over 18 years experience across Big4 consulting, Oil & Gas, Public sector and Retail eCommerce. SShe has lived in 4 continents but always calls Nigeria home!
Mae is also known for her passion for all things women's health and wellness having navigated a PCOS diagnosis since 2009. She considers her main priorities to be wellness, family and food! In 2021, she authored a kids cookbook titled "Risk with a Whisk" which doubles as an adventure story and activity/ puzzle book for young budding chefs. She runs a lifestyle and wellness blog called Good Living with Mae where you can find lots of recipes, musings and resources for holistically managing your wellness, and has recently launched an online women's health & wellness community hub. Mae currently lives in Canada with her husband and their 2 sons.
